It is a plugin for wordpress that creates a brand new wordpress compatible feed for your blog that not only randomizes the feed but you can configure exactly what you want to appear in it. In addition he has thrown in 10 step by step videos showing you exactly how you should be using RSS feeds to drive hoards of targeted traffic to your blogs.

Firstly the plugin is incredibly simple to setup and tool me about a minute to have my feed up and running. The reason this feed works is because it shows Google and all the other search engines and bots fresh content every time they visit the feed.
